Westward Ho! waves

I went to Westward Ho! this evening to photograph evening scenes but the sunset wasn’t as vivid as I had hoped. The tide was just at its peak around sunset and the wind helping to make quite spectacular waves. Lots of people were standing just where the waves were breaking the sea wall at its worst trying to take pictures and running, it was amusing. I like watching the waves myself. I guess it’s even more of a sight for visitors. If you look closely you can see 2 people by the breaking waves which give it a bit of scale. I didn’t get the shots I wanted but there’s always tomorrow.
