photo titled A cairns view

What a hectic day today has been, I worked last night so sleep late normally. Today I awoke to the news my son had cut his head open so several hours at casualty were the order of the day, even before I could get a cup of tea! It turned out OK though as the cut turned out to be minor requiring just some glue (the nurse told us off for calling it glue its “tissue adhesive” because some people have been getting out the super glue instead.) The thought of work tonight just doesn’t excite me after today, especially as the streets are so quiet due to the “financial crisis”, my new camera body looks further away daily.
Anyway, the photo! After all this is mainly a photoblog right? :) this is another image from my Somerset jaunt featuring the cairn atop Dunkery hill with the view I’d guess to the east. Its another panorama, scenes like these are hard to do justice without a decent wide angle lens.
