With it being the first day of autumn yesterday, I thought I’d try to take an apt seasonal image. This flower is normally a violet colour but now looks like its been gripped by the change of season. I like this photo and chose to take it because I like the contrast of brown against the green grass. I’m sorry but I don’t know what type of flower this is but if anyone wants to let me know I’d be grateful.

I think they are wild Lupine. They come in all shades of blues and purples, very pretty.
